Congratulations to Ruth Maller of Massapequa Park, Howard Kestenbaum, also of Massapequa Park, and Myron Bellovin of North Massapequa, each of whom won Awards for the year 2007 by the Greater Long Island Running Club.

Ruth Maller was the Club Champion in the Women's 75-79 Age Group, Howard Kestenbaum was the Club Champion in the Men's 75-79 Age Group and Myron Bellovin won one of the Mary Ann von der Heydt Service Awards.

"Ruth, Howard and Myron are real assets to our Club and to the Long Island running community," observed Club President Mike Polansky. "We applaud their successes in 2007 and look forward to them all having an even better year in 2008."
