Run/Walk for Autism Awareness June 9
The inaugural Jack's Run for Autism Awareness will take place 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 9 at Wilson Park, Mineola. All proceeds from the race will benefit Nassau Suffolk Services for Autism (NSSA). The 5K Run/Walk is the inspiration of Michael Miranda and his wife Ondine Slone Miranda, whose nephew Jack attends NSSA's Martin C. Barell School. Mr. and Mrs. Miranda are founding partners of Miranda Sokoloff Sambursky Verveniotis LLP, a race sponsor.
