Castro Lecture on Running Injuries
The featured speaker at the Tuesday, Feb. 20 open meeting of the Greater Long Island Running Club will be Dr. Durlan Castro, who will introduce local runners to "Active Release Techniques," the revolutionary way of "fixing injuries....FAST."
