The Oyster Bay Town Board has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, November 14, on a request for a special use permit to operate a health club/gym in Massapequa.

"The applicant, Carman WP Associates, LLP, is seeking a special use permit to operate a health club/gym in a portion of the building located in the southeast corner of the premises known as Carmans Plaza, 900-944 Carmans Road, Massapequa," said Councilman Angelo A. Delligatti. "The property is zoned 'NB' Neighborhood Business."

The meeting will be held in the Hearing Room of Town Hall North, 54 Audrey Avenue, Oyster Bay, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Following the regular Town business, the Town Board will be available to listen to public comment on any subject.
