Massapequa Mustangs and Massapequa High School Chiefs Football coaches joined with members of The Kiwanis Club of Massapequa, to instruct over 100 area youths for a day of football and fun at the 12th Annual Baldinger NFL/Kiwanis Football, held recently at Burns Park.

Over $10,000 was raised this year for the Massapequa Kiwanis Foundation, which funds youth and sports programs, both school and community sponsored, including Key Clubs in Massapequa, Seaford and Plainedge High Schools.

Gary, Brian and Rich Baldinger were the only trio of brothers to play in the NFL from 1986 through 1993. The clinic is an opportunity to give back something to the community that has supported them through the years.

The Kiwanis Club meets the first and third Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. at Katy Dalys. To find out more, contact Public Relations Chairman Bill Moseley at 967-8367, email at banohoy@msn.com or visit www.kiwanis.org.
