On Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 12 and 13, the Massapequa Park Merchants Association will present its 26th Annual Arts and Crafts Street Festival. Show hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The event will take place outdoors on Park Boulevard and will feature arts and crafts, children's amusements, music, local talent, merchant sidewalk sales and more.

The fair features 100+ select arts and crafts exhibitors, plus free admission, free parking, merchant sidewalk sales, music and food vendors.

Sponsors are the Massapequa Park Merchants Association and Village of Massapequa Park.

Traveling directions: Take the Long Island Expressway (495) to Exit 44. Take the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway (135) South to Exit 2E, Sunrise Highway (27). Proceed east on Sunrise Highway approximately two miles to Park Boulevard. Make left onto Park Boulevard and proceed to the fair.
