The video, The Massapequa Road Runners, The Past 25 Years, will be shown at the May 9 General Meeting.

Families of some of our late members would like to know that a special memorial segment, to honor their loved ones, is a large part of the video. Those members include Bridie Goldstein, Joe Farina, Peggy Kelly, Olaf Arfsten, Gordon Sissons, John Fishwick and Nick Katsounis.

The video also features many of the events sponsored by our sister clubs: The Long Island Road Runners, The Greater Long Island Road Runners, The Bellmore Striders, The Wing Nuts, and the Northport Road Runners. Members of these clubs are in it as well.

If you may be in contact with some of the aforementioned members, try to persuade them to come to the club meeting on May 9. Those of our members who have seen the video will attest to the strong connection we still have, 25 years later.
