Farmingdale State University sophomore pitcher Jesse Scott of Massapequa, was named Skyline Pitcher of the Week for baseball on Monday, March 27.

The right-hander tossed a no-hitter to lead Farmingdale State University to a 5-0 win over the United States Merchant Marine Academy. Scott struck out five and walked just two while raising his record to 4-0 on the season.

His ERA was reduced to 1.10 and he has not allowed a run in Skyline Conference play this season.

Sophomore goaltender Janine Forman of North Massapequa, who also stars for Farmingdale, was named to the Skyline Conference Player of the Week Honor Roll on Monday, April 3 for women's lacrosse.

Ms. Forman stopped 20 shots in the Rams' 15-5 win over St. Joseph (Conn.), including stopping 10-of-11 free position shots.
