Massapequa Tops Elmont; Plays for County Title
The title game for the Nassau Class AA championship came down between the number one and number two seeds, Elmont and Massapequa. Even though Massapequa was ranked number two, their terrific play down the stretch could hardly make them underdogs. And indeed, the Lady Chiefs continued their winning ways with an exciting, come-from-behind victory over Elmont, 55-49.

YES Golf Tournament June 19
YES Community Counseling Center has announced that its 12th Annual Golf Tournament will take place on Monday, June 19, at the Bethpage RED, Bethpage State Park. The proceeds for this event will expand services to children and families in southeastern Nassau County and improve the quality of life for the communities that it serves.
