On April 1, St. Rose is hosting a cheerleading competition at Berner Middle School in Massapequa. Youngsters from grade school-age up to 12th grade are invited to attend and compete.

There will be a division for every level, from novice to intermediate.

The cost is $150 per team. All CYO, PAL, and Youth & Recreation squads are also invited. There will be individual tumbling, jumping and group stunting entries for every level.

Participates in ages: 4-7 will do a showcase, where everyone goes home with a trophy.
