Antoinette E. Heilshorn, of Greenport, died at Eastern LI Hospital on Jan. 7, 2006 at the age of 96. She was born in Staten Island on Nov. 26, 1909 to Elizabeth (nee Johmann) and Jacob Beckmann and was raised there. Formerly of Amityville, Bay Shore and Southold, she had worked for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and later at Republic Airport.

Predeceased by her husband, George in 1966, she leaves her son George Heilshorn Jr. of Laconia, NH, and a daughter Barbara J. McElroy of Greenport; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by a son-in-law D. Eugene McElroy in 1985; a sister Marion Gilfedder and a brother Harold Beckmann.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home, Southold. The Liturgy of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Agnes RC Church, Greenport Village by Father Thomas P. Murray. Interment Trinity Cemetery, Amityville.

Georgianna McNulty, of West Islip, formerly of Massapequa Park, died at the age of 88 on December 25, 2005. Wife of 67 years to William T. (Retired NYPD). Mother of Maureen Britt, (Stephen) and Dennis McNulty. Grandmother of William and James Britt, Kimberely Landrae and Dennis McNulty. Survived by seven great-grandchildren. Arrangements were made by the Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc. A funeral Mass was held December 28, at St. Martin of Tours RC Church, with interment following at the cemetery of the Holy Rood.
