Work will soon begin on a shoreline restoration project at the pond in Marjorie R. Post Community Park in Massapequa designed to enhance the aesthetics of the shoreline and restore water quality and habitat in and around the pond. Oyster Bay Town Councilman Joe Muscarella recently announced that the contract for the project has been awarded to The LandTek Group, Inc./Wild Woman Earthworks Company, Inc., a Joint Venture.
