    Residents and commuters alike will be pleased to note that recent renovations to the Massapequa Park train station will be expanded thanks to an $805,000 legislative grant secured by Senator Charles J.     The Alix Rubinger Food Pantry, the only kosher food pantry on Long Island, was the recent recipient of a $2,500 grant to be used to help Congregation Beth-El in Massapequa to continue providing this unique service. FULL STORY

  • Sports: Football Clinic Raises Money for Youth

    The Kiwanis Club of Massapequa recently sponsored the 8th Annual Baldinger's Football Clinic at Burns Park. The clinic has raised over $21,000 for youth programs in the Massapequas and over 700 young athletes have participated. Members of the Kiwanis assisted in the running of the clinic.
