A New Look for the Massapequa Park Train Station
Residents and commuters alike will be pleased to note that recent renovations to the Massapequa Park train station will be expanded thanks to an $805,000 legislative grant secured by Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (8th Senate District) and Assemblyman Steven Labriola (12th Assembly District).

The Alix Rubinger Food Pantry, the only kosher food pantry on Long Island, was the recent recipient of a $2,500 grant to be used to help Congregation Beth-El in Massapequa to continue providing this unique service.

Football Clinic Raises Money for Youth
The Kiwanis Club of Massapequa recently sponsored the 8th Annual Baldinger's Football Clinic at Burns Park. The clinic has raised over $21,000 for youth programs in the Massapequas and over 700 young athletes have participated. Members of the Kiwanis assisted in the running of the clinic.
