The Massapequa Reds, MSBL 30 and over, finished the season 15-3 and ran off the four-round playoff schedule with an 8-2 record.
The season culminated in a 14 inning, 3-1 win over the Bayport Yankees at Suffolk Community College to win the Long Island Championship.
