Gerard A. Fiorenza, Postmaster Massapequa, announced expanded service for last minute taxpayers in the Long Island District. Stamp sales and postmarking services will be available until midnight, Monday, April 16, at the Massapequa Post Office. Postal workers will be on hand to accept and postmark tax returns.

Customers can now purchase Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Signature Confirmation service. They will receive a receipt of mailing for their records and will be able to confirm electronically via the web @www.usps.com that their package was delivered. If they don't have access to the Internet, they can confirm delivery by calling our toll free number 800-222-1811.
