Constantine J. Cipoletti, formerly of N. Massapequa, died on Dec. 17, 2000. He was a decorated veteran of WWII and was recognized by the French government for his reconnaissance work at Omaha Beach during the Normandy Invasion. He received recognition by the Defense Dept. and US Congress for his work in the 1st Infantry. He was a member of Knights of Columbus Council #5983 and American Legion Post #1320. Husband of Michelina. Father of Ann Aurelio, Albert and Arthur and their spouses, Joe, Grace and Donna. Grandfather of 11. Brother of two brothers and nine sisters.
