On Friday, March 26, the Chiefs opened the season with an away win against Oceanside. The final score was 10-8. Goalkeeper Diana Rapacki made 15 saves in a game that saw the lead change several times. Daniel Andriano scored the game winner with about a minute and a half to go followed by the icer by Stephanie Petrocelli, who scored four goals in the game; Jamie Considine and Marin Schlossberg had two each.

Tuesday, the Chiefs hosted Plainview in a contest that was never in doubt. The final score was 11-6. Diana Rapacki was credited with eight saves. Lindsay Wolf put four goals into the net. The defense was anchored by Kim Thompson and Marisa D'Agosto.

Massapequa hosts a team of British schoolgirls on Friday, April 9. It is anticipated that the game will be held at Burns Park in Massapequa at 4 p.m.
