The North Massapequa Fire Department, in conjunction with participating local merchants and organizations, is hosting its 24th Annual Children's Ragamuffin Costume parade on Sunday, Oct. 25. The parade will start at noon and there will be no rain date. All children who participate must be registered so they will be eligible for free prizes.

Registration will be held on Sunday, Oct. 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Fire Department Headquarters located at 1000 North Broadway. Late registration will take place at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 25, at the start of the parade, North Manhattan Avenue and North Broadway.
