Kimberly Thompson, a junior at Massapequa High School, was recently chosen from among over 200 elite lacrosse players from Long Island to play on the National School Girls Lacrosse Team. Kim traveled to Baltimore, Maryland on Memorial Day to play against some of the best lacrosse players in the United States. Kimberly's other recent achievements include winning All County in 1998, being a member of the Empire State Team for 1997, and being named Unsung Hero for 1997.
