At press time, the unofficial results for the two trustee positions on the Village of Massapequa Park board put incumbent Village Integrity Party candidates Scott Wiss and William Van Wagner (pictured above) as the winners. Wiss received a total of 571 votes and Van Wagner received 580. Write-in candidates Denise Cavalieri and Joseph Schirilo received 102 and 88 votes.

A proposition on the ballot to change the terms of office of the mayor and trustees to four years was defeated 199-487.
