My good friend and colleague Elizabeth Kase is running for Nassau County Court Judge this Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 8.
I know Liz’s reputation as an ethical, honest, and hard-working attorney, who is always going to do the right thing. I am deeply impressed by Liz’s dedication to the law and her tough sense of justice. She is originally from Great Neck and now lives in Port Washington with her husband and three adorable children, Lucy, Ben, and Sam. She has always been able to balance her responsibilities as a mother with those of her legal career.
Professionally, Liz began her career in the Manhattan DA’s office, where she was trained by the legendary D.A. Robert Morgenthau. She was a member of the sex crimes unit, domestic violence unit and handled white-collar crimes. In 2003, she joined the Garden City law firm of Kase and Druker and became a partner there in 2004. She is well-respected and well-known as a leading female attorney on Long Island. She also finds time to serve as a Village Justice in Port Washington. And she was found “well qualified” by the Nassau County Bar Association (its highest rating) and a jurist who will “serve with distinction.”
But I know her best as Liz—honest, smart and dedicated—tough, disciplined and fair. Please tell your friends, family members and colleagues that Nassau County will have an excellent jurist if she is elected to the Nassau County Court bench this Election Day.
