Free Adaptive Workout/Training sessions for 12-year-olds and up, running six weeks on Saturdays at 4 p.m. in MHS training room. Temple Judea welcomes Frank Sinatra connoisseur Mel Glazer to entertain with an afternoon of refreshing inside stories about the singer, his life and career. Mr. Glazer is a successful songwriter, actor and educator at the Five Towns College. The program, sponsored by the Greatest Generation of Temple Judea of Manhasset, 333 Searingtown Road, Manhasset, is from 2 – 4 p.m., is $10 per person and “more than a nosh” will be served.
