The Manhasset Girls Varsity Track Team competed at the Penn Relays on Thursday, April 23. The 4x100 relay won their race with a time of 51.65 seconds, second best all time in Manhasset history.

Olivia Amato led off with Devon Lawrence and Emily Easton running second and third respectively. Jasmine Blocker anchored. In the 4x400 relay, Emily Easton ran the lead off leg, and Olivia ran second. Kaela Sprotte ran a strong third leg, keeping the team close, and Jasmine brought the team back from fourth place to win it with a 58.6 split. Their time of 4:11.32 was also a second best all time for Manhasset.

Patricia McNish was accepted into a tough field in the long jump. She was originally seeded 12th in the field of 18 that were qualified and ended up finishing 10th with a jump of 17' 61/4".
