As a result of extraordinary long state-approval process and long lead time for some manufactured items, some projects will extend into the school year. Work on these projects will not interfere with the educational process, with all project work taking place after normal school hours and on weekends.

For security purposes, all workers are required to wear photo ID badges at all times. Hours of work are from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. unless otherwise approved.

Periodic updates regarding the progress of these initiatives will be provided to the community through postings on the website, e-mails on Listserve, articles in the Manhasset Press and at Board meetings. Bond Projects totaling $19,059,810 were approved by voters on February 7, 2007.
