We want to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Minerly, health teacher, of the Manhasset schools for his more than 40 years of service to our community. Mr. Minerly will be retiring at the end of this school year.

Mr. Minerly has been a dedicated educator whose students have admired and benefited from his teaching. Mr. Minerly loves what he does, loves our kids and it shows in all that he does. His teaching technique engages students and helps them understand the material in a practical way.

While we know this is not good-bye, we would like to wish you and your family all of the best in this new chapter of your life. It was a privilege to know you and we felt fortunate that our son had the opportunity to have you as his teacher.
