The Manhasset High School Booster Club would like to invite one and all to the annual Manhasset Day of Baseball on Saturday, May 10. The day offers an opportunity to come out and support this year's exciting and conference leading varsity team as it readies itself for the county playoffs - as well as to sit back and enjoy the company of many fellow Manhasset baseball boosters.

The festivities begin at 12:30 p.m. when the JV Baseball team hosts the East Rockaway Rocks at the upper varsity field. At 3:30 p.m., the varsity baseball team will then take the field and play host to the Rocks as well. The varsity softball team will also showcase itself at the lower field at 2 p.m., allowing Manhasset fans a chance to see all of our teams in action.

A lot of excitement will accompany the games - hot dogs, drinks and music will be available throughout the day. There will also be a ceremony at 3:15 p.m., prior to the varsity game, honoring the graduating seniors.

A special invitation also goes out to all current Manhasset Baseball League players who would like to come out and enjoy the game and have an opportunity to meet the varsity team.

It promises to be a fun day of baseball. Bring a lawn chair or a blanket and come out and join everyone cheering on one of Manhasset High School's most successful Varsity Baseball teams in school history - currently with a 12 and 4 record.
