I received a notice in the mail today that there is a hearing on April 15 at 7 p.m. at 220 Plandome Road Manhasset to consider the petition of Gothic Church Property or Christ Church property to change zone from resident B to multiple dwelling with respect to 2.68 acres.

I live on Rugby Road and it is very difficult to drive or walk on Onderdonk Avenue now with all the traffic. We don't need multi-dwelling apartments or condominiums on this site. This property backs up onto George Street and Onderdonk Ave.

Please come to this meeting and voice your objection.
