Opinion

The Manhasset/Great Neck EOC and Adventures In Learning are most grateful for the participation of so many members of the Manhasset community who helped make the second annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Gospel Brunch an unqualified success. About 125 attendees were treated to an afternoon of inspirational songs and dance performances, speeches and scrumptious food. None of this would have been possible, however, without the support of some very special sponsors, including:

Angela and Gino Barbuti, La Boite en Bois

Chris Lopez

Community Reformed Church

Congregational Church of Manhasset

Jeanine and Brad Thurman, Radisson Martinique

Joan Walter

Lynn and Steve Leondis

Panera Bread

Sandy and Ira Cobden, The Comfort Diner

Shelter Rock Church of Manhasset

Triple Crown Foods

Unitarian Universalist Congregation

Whole Foods

It truly was a collaborative effort and we are so thankful to all involved in helping the Manhasset/Great Neck EOC and Adventures In Learning continue our mission of providing an educational program for children in need of after-school care and instruction.

Diana Holden, Executive Director, Adventures in Learning

Stephanie Chenault, Executive Director, Manhasset/Great Neck EOC
