The Manhasset High School Girls Varsity Field Hockey team had a great 2007 season led by Coach Steve Sproul and Assistant Coach Bridget Lynch.

They finished with a record of 13 wins, 3 losses.

The team made the playoffs for Nassau County Class B and advanced to the finals. They were ranked # 3 in the Newsday poll.

Many of the players on the team have been recognized for the following awards: Unsung Hero, Catherine Wang; All League, Megan Cox and Kristen Leung; All Conference 1, Samantha Iskyan, Catherine Jaronczyk, Lauren Nevitt and Jennifer Vlahos; Exceptional Seniors, Madeline Byrnes and Kathryn Hayes; All County Honorable Mention, Nina Kucharczyk and Caitlin Samela; Scholar Athlete, Laura Weber; All County, Olivia Amato and Laura Wilsusen; and All State, Olivia Amato.
