School District Infrastructure Bond Referendum
• The proposed capital improvements project is $19,059,810 and the proposed bond issue is $16,265,810. The difference between the two is being paid for by using the voter-approved Capital Reserve Fund ($1,875,000) and a New York State EXCEL grant in the amount of $919,000.

Swim Season Ends With a Winning Splash
A tough early season schedule and a young team contributed to a slow start for the MHS Boys Swim Team (0-2 Conference, 0-4 overall). The development of the younger swimmers sparked a complete turnaround as the Indians finished the season by winning six of their last seven conference meets. The most recent victories over Bethpage 96-87 and Uniondale 58-41 guaranteed the team a winning record (6-3 Conference, 6-5 Overall).

NCPAL-Manhasset Unit 2007 Boys Lacrosse Information
The Nassau County Police Activity League-Manhasset Unit will offer its Intramural/ Clinic Program and the Travel Team Program, commencing in March 2007. These programs are available to boys in grades one through eight who reside or attend school in the Manhasset Community. The Manhasset PAL Lacrosse and Baseball Programs are coordinated to prevent scheduling conflicts. Since the spring is the sole season for PAL lacrosse, Travel Team members are expected to give lacrosse priority in scheduling conflicts with off-season and second season sports.
