As announced last March, the Long Island Power Authority (LIPA) said that starting in July customers will begin receiving billing statements that for the first time will show delivery and power supply charges as separate line items. Growing up in Manhasset many high school athletes play, train and dream of being named a NCAA Lacrosse National All-American, yet only a few ever achieve this national recognition. This year when the NCAA Division III season and National Tournament came to a close, Kate Donoghue of Plandome, playing for Bowdoin College, was selected by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) and US Lacrosse to be a member of the National All-American Women's Lacrosse Team.
