We would like to thank Anthony DeMarinis and the rest of the MHS Outpost staff for the efforts put forth in making the 2nd annual Mrs. Rogers Friday Night Live at Manhasset High School on June 9 a huge success. In raising awareness, Anthony and The Outpost staff were able to raise over $100 more then last year's event. These funds are going to be donated to the St. Francis Bread Line, in Marie Rogers' name. Many of the past Shelter Rock Elementary School students were fortunate enough to have our mother as their sixth grade teacher. It is obvious that her passion for teaching has been passed on to every student's individual success and abilities. She helped transition many of these great children of the community into loving, caring and successful students.

I am sure Anthony will pass the torch to other passionate students to keep the legacy of our mother and their teacher, Mrs. Rogers alive.

We look forward to many more Friday Night Live's in her honor!

Michael and Richard Rogers
