Last years' boys swim team captured the conference 2 title with an undefeated 8-0 record. Their success earned them the last (#8) seed in Conference 1. Although the 2006 season has been a trying one from a win loss standpoint (1-6), the Indians have posted some impressive times.

This past week, The 200 Free Relay team consisting of senior captains John Keneally, Alex Smitham, Brian Cogan and Junior Mike Gotimer shattered the school record time of 1:38.3 by swimming an impressive time of 1:36.9. This time places the relay third in Nassau County to date.

Senior standout Brian Cogan eclipsed the 50-yard freestyle mark of 23.4 by swimming a 22.4. This time places Brian second in Nassau County. He also captured the 100-yard freestyle record by breaking an 11-year-old record of 50.49 swam by county champ Stefan Weiss in 1995. Brian's record time is a 50.44.

Next up for the Indians are rivals Great Neck North and Wantagh.
