Anne Marie (nee Browne) Dempsey, 66, died January 4, 2006 at Brookhaven Memorial Medical Center after a long illness. She was the beloved wife of Robert and devoted mother of Kara Ann. Also the cherished sister of James and Robert Browne and their wives Carolyn and Helen. Anne was a devoted aunt to Patti Ann, Colleen, and Mary Lou and their husbands Dr. Michael Ronan, Michael Magarian, and James Fekert. She was loved by her grandnieces Delanie, Molly, Raegan, and Diana and grandnephew Connor.

Anne was a longtime resident of Plandome and an elementary school teacher at the John F. Kennedy School in Great Neck for over 25 years. She was the daughter of James and Bridie (nee Broderick) Browne, both deceased. She was in repose at Fairchild Funeral Chapel on Jan. 6. Msgr. Michael Dempsey, Anne's brother-in-law, offered a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Church on Jan. 7. Interment was at Mount St. Mary Cemetery in Flushing.

Anne has left us all with special memories that will remain forever. May she rest in peace.

Raymond V. Charbonneau Jr., 51, of Raleigh, NC died on Dec. 29, 2005. The loving husband, father and son is survived by his wife, Caroll Kane Charbonneau; son, Michael; daughter-in-law, Leah; daughters, Elizabeth and Megan of Raleigh; parents, Raymond Sr. and Joan of Greensboro, NC. He is the oldest of six siblings: Thomas Charbonneau of Manhasset; Ann Dolan of Melville; Jayne O'Donnell of North Branford, CT; Beth McDonnell of Cary, NC; and Michele Wysmuller of Madison, CT. Ray was a graduate of Manhasset High School, class of 1972. He was a business development manager for Tyco Electronics. Ray's love of life, family and friends will never be forgotten.
