Total community involvement will provide entertainment for young and old alike and this is an event you will not want to miss. We are excited that Al Sontag, former pitcher for the Minnesota Twins, has offered to work with the children and he encourages them to bring their mitts. Children wearing their baseball uniforms would also be special attraction for the visitors. Cameras will no doubt be in abundance. Another treat will be the "Senior Steppers" performance and a visit by Ms. NY '05 Senior America. Our DJ Scott Hampton will provide some great music.
Manhasset's Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis and Rotary Clubs will have tables and information to share. Community Care of Manhasset will distribute ID Kits for Children. Manhasset-Lakeville Fire Department will be distributing coloring books depicting fire safety. The 6th Precinct Police and TNH Safety Commission will share a table and hand out information.

The CSM event concludes with a tremendous raffle drawing boasting fantastic prizes donated by the majority of merchants on Plandome Road. A CSM logo magnet will be presented to every family that attends. This safety logo displayed on the car will stand as a symbol that the driver respects pedestrians and adheres to New York State traffic laws.
