One of your contributors recently exulted in the fact that four states have set aside funds for "stem cell research." These funds will be directed to embryo stem cells rather than to adult stem cell research. Yet, there has never been a single cure from the use of embryo cells, while underreported adult cell therapy has brought about thousands of cures and relief from such ailments as leukemia, diabetes, Parkinson's, even spinal cord injuries and many other serious conditions as well - all with the enthusiastic approval of "the guy in the White House!"

However, for every dollar the government gives to unsuccessful embryo research, it takes a dollar away from infinitely more promising adult stem cell research. But while adult cells are living cells, they aren't living beings and, therefore, can't be used for cloning. This fact is disturbing to such "scientists" as Dr. Frankenstein who would breed human beings for their parts!
