Having a few too many things on my mind can make for some nasty mistakes.

At 4:30 p.m. on Saturday my husband left our daughter's graduation party to pick up the dinner I had thought I ordered from Orlando's Deli. When he called to tell me I actually hadn't called in the order and the men were about to leave for the day, my heart stopped. I looked out at the 50 people in my back yard, and in my panic, tried desperately to think of a way out.

Joe must have taken pity on me. Being exceedingly kind people, Joe, George and Kathy offered to stay late and prepare a fantastic meal for us: Caesar salad, chicken parmesan, penne a la Vodka, grilled chicken with spinach, garlic bread, and two heroes. How they whipped this up in an hour I haven't a clue. I'm just so grateful for their help.

Everyone raved at how delicious the dinner was. We had a great time, and our daughter is still speaking to me. Thank you Orlando's. We are your fans for life!
