Having just returned from my freshman year at the University of Rochester, I have a special appreciation for the education I received in Manhasset. I was prepared with the knowledge and ability to tackle a challenging pre-med program. My roommate, also a pre-med major and whose high school ranking was higher than mine, attended New Trier, a "nationally top rated" school. At the end of two semesters of hard work on both our parts, my performance exceeded his. On all levels, whether on tests, lab assignments, written essays, class discussions or projects, I felt I was exceptionally well prepared to meet the challenges of higher education.

I would like to extend my thanks to the teachers and staff, who are Manhasset, and let them know they have my vote of support on May 17, in return for the years of support they gave me.
