I would like to express on behalf of myself and my family, Francis, Christina and Maria, a heartfelt thank you to all of you.

- My fantastic family, all of whom have been so supportive through all that has happened.

- Mr. Robert Trombley and Mr. Dennis Guinan, who offered so much support and assistance with numerous procedures that had to be met.

- Mr. George Pammer and Mr. Dennis Kane, who took so much time and effort to set up a fund in Frank's name, and collections at the post office to help our family in such a time of desperation, and so many co-workers who helped with this enormous task, many of whom also took time to visit Frank at Glengariff during his rehab or called to offer some words of comfort.

- Mr. Gary Heillands, who was the first person to assist Frank in such a professional and timely manner, when he suffered his first seizure on the job.

- Mr. Donald Taylor, our attorney, who spent countless hours handling the complicated legal process.

- Many businesses, families, individuals and religious institutions, some of whom we have never met, took time to so graciously offer financial support to our family in our time of need.

- My employer, Blessed Sacrament School in Valley Stream and co-workers, who donated and offered so much support. Many Catholic schools in the Diocese of Rockville Centre, as well as my children's employers: Swissport Cargo Services, Limited Brands (Victoria' Secret Stores) and Gino's Pizza of Elmont.

Frank touched so many people during his short life in so many positive ways. I am confident that when anyone of you remember Frank, you will all have a smile on your face. I have been given so much encouragement and a reason for a future. Without Frank, it will be so difficult, but with your support it is now possible.

These are all of my miracles - all of you have prevented a major catastrophe for the Caputo family. You all hold very special places in all of our hearts and we shall be forever grateful to each and every one of you for all the good you have so graciously accomplished for us. You are and will be forever in our prayers and may Our Good Lord shower you with His blessings.

Our family has truly been blessed by your extreme benevolence and kindnesses, and as I complete this writing, I see those beautiful blue eyes of my love smiling not only at me, but at all of you, saying "Thank You," too!
