Donald Wright Davis, 68, died on Jan. 29, 2005 after a long illness. Mr. Davis was a banker and a resident of Manhasset for many years. He graduated from Manhasset High School in 1955, Stanford University in 1959 and received his MBA from Columbia University in 1961.

Mr. Davis is survived by his stepfather John D. Mountain, MD of Manhasset, his sister, Gay Sachse and her husband Milton, of Sparks, MD, former wife, Joyce Weiderman of Tarrytown, NY, three sons, Christopher Wright and his wife, Angela of Nashville, TN, Scott Donald and his wife, Susanna of London, England, Jonathan Michael and his wife, Deborah, of South Weymouth, MA, and 10 grandchildren.

A memorial service, presided over by Father David Lowry of Christ Episcopal Church, was held on Saturday, Feb. 5.

Marjorie L. Stuart of Sea Cliff, formerly of Plandome, died on Jan. 31, 2005. She was 79. Beloved wife of the late John M. Loving mother of Jane Ruth, Alice Melissa, and Richard Judson. Dear sister of Howard Browne (Dorothy). Proud grandmother of Louise and Winchester.

Service held at the Congregational Church of Manhasset. Arrangements made by Dodge-Thomas Funeral Home and interment at Drehersville Evangelical Cemetery, Pennsylvania.
