Mary Gsell Schmelzer of Ridge, Long Island, formerly of Plandome Heights, died on June 10, 2004. She was the loving wife of Harry; loving mother of Carolyn Gsell, Bob and Gary; the dearest grandmother of Hans, Ryan, Eric and Kyle; the beloved sister of Joseph Gsell and Elizabeth Hans. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of O. B. Davis Funeral Home in Miller Place. A funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday, June 15, at St. Mark's R. C. Church in Shoreham, with interment following at Calverton National Cemetery.
