This Sunday February 1 will be the final date for walk-in sign-ups for Manhasset boys and girls lacrosse for spring 2004 from noon to 2 p.m. at the gymnasium at Manhasset High School. Note that a birth certificate is required for travel team participation. The forms are available on www.ManhassetLAX.com or at Lacrosse Unlimited at 12 Park Avenue.

Set forth below is the indoor clinic schedule, also at Manhasset High School for this Sunday. Let us get a good indoor sweat on a winter's day:

9 to 10:30 3rd/4th grade girls

10:30 to Noon 5th/6th grade girls

12:30 to 1:30 3rd grade boys.

For 3rd grade boys, bring your gloves and your stick. All 3rd grade boys and coaches in the 3rd grade should make every effort to attend.

If you have a conflict with basketball, go to basketball. If you have a conflict with church, go to church. Otherwise come down to the clinics.
