In a season challenged by rain and cancelled games, the fifth grade boys' season ended on a high note. The quality of play, especially in the playoffs, proved that hard work among all the boys and coaches in the league really paid off. The season finale was an exciting 5-4 victory for the Diamondbacks over the Orioles. The Diamondbacks, who had only one loss in the regular season, showed great teamwork from the very first game.
