On Tuesday, Feb. 11, the Lady Indians traveled to Lynbrook to meet the Lady Owls in a Conference game and came away winners 74-49.

Scoring for the Lady Indians were Meghan Clarke (19 points, three 3-pointers), Kate Breslin (18 points), Laura Molins (10 points), Laura Scansaroli (9 points), Ali English (7 points), Meghan Gaffney (4 points), Eileen Ward (3 points, a three pointer), Liz Byrns (2 points) and Allison Hardemian (2 points).

On Thursday, Feb. 13, the Lady Indians played host to the Lady Rough Riders of Roosevelt High School. This contest was the last scheduled Conference game for the regular season and promised to be a sizzling game since the Lady Indians only loss in Conference play was to the Lady Rough Riders. It didn't disappoint the packed gym and in a closely played game the Lady Indians came up short 42-38.

Scoring for Manhasset were Meghan Clarke (14 points, three 3-pointers), Kate Breslin (8 points), Kathleen Kelly (7 points, one 3-pointer), Ali English (6 points), Liz Byrns (2 points) and Laura Molins (1 point).

The Lady Indians completed the regular season with an impressive 15-3 record and in Conference play they had a 10-2 record.

The playoffs will begin on Wednesday, Feb. 19 and the Lady Indians will be playing their first playoff game at home against a team to be determined. Game time will be 7:15 p.m.
