Not concerned about all the digging going on at Greentree? Maybe other events will change that. You can find some interesting reading in the Supreme Court files coming from Greentree's newest tax relief application. For example, Dr. Alexander Bornaia of the International Center for Transitional Justice has filed an affidavit in connection with Greentree's newest tax application pointing out that the International Center for Transitional Justice would be the primary beneficiary of the new conference center on the Greentree property. He pointed out that the focus of this group is to work with totalitarian governments in the hope that they can be swung to democracy. Of equal importance is the affidavit submitted by John Smith CPP (Certified Protection Professional) who described the need for heightened security on the property due to the nature of the guests who are coming in, explaining that this was one reason why the entire parcel should be eligible for tax-exempt status. It is time to wake up!
A mailing will be going out in the next 10 days to solicit individuals to form a group to challenge the special use variance given to the Greentree property. If you do not receive the letter and have an interest in joining the group, please do not hesitate to contact me by phone or by letter at 500 Manhasset Woods Road, Manhasset 11030.
The clock is running and we have precious few days to take corrective action. Do not take my word for what is happening to Greentree. Read the affidavits of Dr. Bornaia and Mr. Smith, speaking on behalf of Greentree.
