The Reflective Garden in memory of Arnie Sims, admired physical education teacher and coach for 37 years in the Manhasset junior/senior high school, will be dedicated at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 27. The garden is located behind the high school, overlooking the baseball and football fields. Many old friends and colleagues will gather to see this fine tribute to Coach Sims. The garden was designed by Frank Colantuano, MHS Class of '73, landscaped by Ken DiLeo of L&K DiLeo Landscaping of Port Washington and the masonry was completed by Mario Aguirre. Anyone interested in attending the dedication is welcome. Donations are still being accepted and may be mailed to Pam Monfort McDonough, 18 Orchard St., Port Washington, NY 11050.
