Why is it that Supervisor Newburger can find time to chair a meeting and deliver speeches on national defense policy and foreign policy (Manhasset Press, 8/23/01, p. 15), but she cannot even manage to find the time to see that the streets are kept clean, especially Plandome Road which is commonly filthy with trash and garbage?
