On Feb. 1 at Farmingdale, Manhasset's boys indoor track team outran eight schools to win their sixth straight conference championship. The meet was very competitive with Manhasset 132 points to Valley Stream South's 122, with Great Neck North, Sewanhaka, Clarke, Jericho, Roslyn, Lynbrook and Plainedge following.
Manhasset had four individual conference champions in events which scored 10 points each. Mack Bradley (12) was a double winner in the 300 meters and the 6000 meters; Garrett Spitz (11) won the high jump (5'10" and Jimmy Faello (11) won the shot put (43'3"). The 4x200 meters and 4x400 meter relays also won championships. Running the 4x200 were DuJohn Hendricks (12), Michael Connors (10), Damien Williams (11) and Mack Bradley. The 4x400 team was Truman Lam (11), Anthony Luparello (12), Scott Licata (11) and Garvey Camilien (12).
