When I moved my architectural offices into 7 Gaynor Avenue recently, I never realized the pride that exists here. Every day a new neighbor walks by with an approving nod, or shouts a thumbs-up "lookin' good." During renovations, one particular woman stopped by frequently to thank me and chat about Gaynor Avenue when the space was the old Young's liquor store.

Yesterday, a total stranger knocked on my window to give me a Christmas present. How amazing is that?

Thank you Mrs. Vosburgh, Gino's and all the residents of Gaynor Avenue for making me feel so welcome. It reinforces my choice to invest my energies in Manhasset and I hope to continue contributing to the community in many ways. This is a nice place to call home!
