Eleanor M. Neville, 88, of Port Washington, formerly of Manhasset, died on Oct. 26, 2000. She was predeceased by her husband, M. Edward Neville. She is survived by her children, Eleanor N. Seitz of Chandler, AZ; Michael K. of Fort Wayne, IN; Edward J. of Houston, TX, and Anne N. Carolan of Hicksville. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Eleanor was a former elementary school teacher at the Salem Elementary School. Funeral arrangements were handled by Austin F. Knowles, Inc. Funeral Home. A Mass was celebrated on Monday, Oct. 30, at St. Peter of Alcantara. Church in Port Washington with interment following at Holy Rood Cemetery.

Madelyn McGorry of Manhasset died on Oct. 3, 2000. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Felix Sr., and her son, Felix Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Marilyn Smith, and son, Charles E. McGorry, and by seven grandchildren. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Roslyn Heights Funeral Home. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Mary's R.C. Church in Roslyn on Nov. 4 with interment following in Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery in Flushing.
